Two years later it was converted into the 15,000 square-foot, concrete tilt-walled data center our customers trust today. Our engineers have expertise all the way through the application layer. The Network Operations Center is standing by 24/7/365 to provide immediate hands-on support for every customer, under any circumstances. An on-duty engineer is there to help for day-to-day colocation needs, or during emergencies and disaster recovery.

We’re connected to the Internet through a telephone network with two unique fiber entrance facilities. Each is provided and maintained by a different facilities-based telephone company. We use GigE bandwidth connections and Tier-1 Internet backbones provided by TW Telecom and Qwest. They are carried across both fiber entrance facilities to ensure that service won’t be affected in the event of backbone failure or fiber/conduit cut.
If the power fails, a generator will come online in 10 seconds. To accommodate for that time lapse, battery-operated emergency lights activate. The OnRamp data center is also equipped with reliable air conditioning from N+2 HVAC units, and can continue to operate seamlessly if one unit goes down.
